Terms of Service, Cancellation Refund Policy

Terms of Service

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to book a Reading with Tina or have parental consent. All kids participating in group sessions must have parental consent as well. 

2. Readings are for entertainment purposes only. By booking with Tina you agree that the session is for entertainment purposes only and it is not medical advice or a substitute for medical advice. Anything health related should be consulted with a Licensed Medical Professional. 

3. Predictions are a metric for how your energy is aligned at the time of your Ribbon Reading which is used for your guidance. 

4. Request for assistance with an open criminal or missing persons case must be made in writing by the agency handling the investigation. For legal liability reasons, no personal requests for assistance with these matters can be accepted. 

5. Tina reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. She is not meant to read everyone and if the session will not be beneficial to you, she very well may refund your money and refuse service. 

6. Do not book a session for anyone else. There are gift certificates available for this purpose. Email Tina for yours if you want to gift someone a session. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Please do not book a session with Tina if you do not intend to follow through. Her time is just as valuable as yours. That being said, if you must cancel and cannot reschedule,  you may do so and receive a partial refund.  Payment is required at the time of booking, so please only book your session when you are ready and able. 

2. If you need to reschedule your session, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Email Tina to make sure that she confirms your appointment is rescheduled or you will risk the chance of losing your money and your session. 

3. There is no Refund for services once you have received it. If you have further questions about your session, feel free to email Tina. 

4. Group events cannot be canceled once Tina has written the Ribbon Readings, she has put her time and energies into working for you. If you must cancel the event,  you will not receive a refund, but will receive your written Readings. 

5. If you miss your session or are late, you will not receive a refund.
